Squat, lunge, press. I’m warm.
Exercise makes muscles tight.
Then…I don’t eat right.

My muscles are tight
From diet and exercise
Warm equals two-piece

Exercise goal – tight
Tiny weenie bikini
When it’s warm – in sight

Prompt words: tight and warm
Somehow I guessed this wasn’t going to be about General Patton 🙂

Ahem – it’s like a nudge for me to get off my backside and do my exercise 😀 Great take on the prompt, Michelle! 🙂

Get up girl! I have to nudge myself each and every day. Sometimes I succeed, and sometimes I don’t. But, when I do, even if it is only 20 minutes, I feel more energized and happy:) Now, if I could see some results, maybe a bikini really could be in sight!

Do my walks to and from the train station count? 😀 And, when I’m stressed out, I don’t eat. (Excuses, excuses.)

I’ve heard from multiple places that getting 10,000 steps a day is the goal. So, those certainly count for some movement:) When I am stressed, I eat. I think your way might at least show better results.

You know, this is what I always say as well — how much better I feel after I exercise. So, if that’s the case, why is it so hard to get started?

Great question? Perhaps because while we are doing it we are sweating and jiggling and thinking….why am I doing this? lol.
